Passionate About Helping Others

As a Wholistic Therapist I believe it is important to help the "whole" person; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We are complex human beings and when one element is off, it affects the whole. By using evidenced based practices I strive to help those I serve bring their lives back into balance.

I am passionate about helping people achieve balance and healing in their lives. I believe this is best achieved by focusing on their strengths and building on what is going right in their lives. Everyone can be thrown off balance at times in their lives and sometimes even traumatic experiences happen. This is where I can assist in the healing process. I look forward to working with you in the healing process.
